Payment and Financing
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, and Care Credit. Excellent payment options are offered through Care Credit. Care Credit has payment plans available that have no fees and no interest for 12 months. You can apply easily on-line.

Dental insurance is a nice benefit that helps pay for part of your dental care. With some plans, it also entitles you to a discount. If you have dental insurance it is your responsibility to supply our office with your coverage information so we can correctly bill your insurance company. Since each company offers many plan options, you will need to verify with your carrier that your specific plan can be used in my office.
We typically bill your insurance company at the time of service, sending you a statement for any remainder after they have paid. You are responsible for payment if your insurance is not in force or valid in my office.
We accept most dental plans that allow you to see any dentist (traditional indemnity insurance). If you are a member of a PPO plan other than the ones I participate in, you can usually come here as well. Many patients do. Your benefits are slightly reduced since you are “out of network”. Contact your insurance company to find your “out of network” benefits.
I am a participating “in-network” provider for the following plans.
Delta Dental Premier
Delta Dental PPO
Met Life PDP
Cigna PPO, Core, Radius, and Cigna Plus Savings
United Health Care PPO
United Concordia—-Alliance network only
